Two blocks from the Hotel Agora is the best Mexican restaurant in Paris. While it is very difficult to find good Mexican food in this town, this place is everything you could ask for: the owners are like your extended Mexican family, there is a great selection of Mexican beer, fresh guacamole, and the Enchiladas Verdes are to die for.
